Since the start of 2009 we have only been offering branding products and solutions with digitally printed fabrics using direct-to-fabric dye sublimation printing.
The dye-sublimation printing process is used to print on fabrics. It is used for applications such as banners, table covers, roll ups, pop-ups, flags, various display products, etc. Specially formulated dye sublimation inks are a pigment suspended in water. The images are directly printed on coated fabrics, which is then fused onto fabric after passing through a heat press operating at a temperature around 150 to 210 C (375 F) unlike the older sublimation printing where images are printed first to a heat resistant paper, transferred to fabric, which is passed through a separate heat press and than washed to achieve maximum color gamut. Under high temperature and pressure, the dye turns into a gas and permeates the fabric and then solidifies into its fibers. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.

  • Images are permanent and do not peel or fade.
  • Dye does not build up on the fabric.
  • Colors are extraordinarily brilliant due to the bonding of the dye to the transparent fibers of the fabric.
  • Truly continuous tones can be achieved that are equivalent to photographs, without the use special techniques such as half-screen printing.
  • The image can be printed all over the entire item, with no difficulty in printing all the way to the edges.
  • Enables wide format printing on fabrics.
  • Events & Marketing Products (Umbrellas, Tents & Shades besides standard & various other solutions)
  • Signs & Displays
  • Flags & Banners
  • Interior Decoration (wall covering, curtains, ceiling wraps, etc.)
  • Gifts & Premiums
  • Fashion & Apparels

Textiles bring a rich, high-quality look to applications such as signs and trade show graphics. Fabrics feature a better touch, feel, and look, which many customers prefer over PVC.

Textiles connect with the viewer on an emotional level. The texture helps create a deeper psychological connection and this helps advertisers with the goal of gaining and holding the attention of the viewer.

Fabrics offer many advantages over traditional media. For example, they stretch and conform to different shapes, allowing for innovative, customized solutions. "They are lightweight, environmentally friendly, simple to mount, and suitable for outdoor and indoor use.

Another very important but an arguable point is textile media being considered more durable and versatile to a large extent when compared with traditional print media. Traditional plastic media printed banners used for items like Roll-Up and Pop-Up displays start curling at the edges after sometime of them being displayed besides creasing issues if bent whereas a suitable textile media used for similar products not only helps eliminate this issue but also adds a lot more value to low cost display hardware whose demand and sales volume is a lot more than the more costly higher end display hardware.

On note of printed textile media being more durable it may not be wrong to say that a printed plastic banner is more vulnerable to minor scratches and piercing making them not useable at all at times. Printed textile media can be folded, stored, washed, ironed and re-used repeatedly if wanted without any major print deterioration whereas traditional plastic media (printed) seriously falls short when compared on all these counts.

Portability is another advantage of printing on textiles. Textiles are lighter in weight than vinyl banner, which keeps shipping costs down. Fabric is easily packed up and folded into bags or boxes for shipment. The lighter weight also makes the material a "greener" choice, since less energy is used in transportation besides enhanced biodegradability that fabrics offer in any case.
